2. Lemonade

It is one of the most commonly consumed drinks to detox the body. People consume it a lot for weight loss, but they don’t know that the drink is acidic in nature. If you consume it on an empty stomach in the morning, it can cause digestive disturbances.

3. Hot water and honey

It is also another common drink that a person consumes in the morning on an empty stomach. However, what they don’t realise is that when honey is added to hot water, it acts like a poison. Because honey crystallizes in hot water and free radicals start forming in it. In such a situation, its regular consumption is an invitation to many serious diseases.

4. Protein-rich foods

Protein is a very important nutrient for the body, but our digestive system has to work hard to digest it. It is very heavy to digest. Consuming protein at a time when your function is already compromised can be harmful. Due to this, you may have problems in the stomach like gas, bloating, constipation etc. However, you can have good protein-rich foods for breakfast and lunch.
